Central European Distribution Corporation Affirms Previous Projections for 2001 and 2002 Sarasota, Florida: In response to questions concerning the recent market activity in Central European Distribution Corporation, (Nasdaq: CEDC) stock, the Company stated today that it intends to announce 2001 earnings in mid-February that will be in-line with previous projections. The Company is also affirming its previous 2002 projections of which the recently announced proposed acquisition of Damianex is expected to be accretive. CEDC is the leading importer of beers, wines and spirits, as well as the largest distributor of domestic vodka on a nationwide basis in Poland, a $3.5 billion-dollar market at the retail level in 2000.
